		<description>Thanks Eli.  The top 10 list is a great idea.  Should be easy to come up with, you and I have encountered many dozens of causes of mail flow stoppage.  many of those have been encountered multiple times!</description>

		<description>Another great summary Aaron. It might also be helpful to have a top 10 list of most frequent causes of email flow problems like reverse pointers, mailstore getting too large, black lists, etc.

Speaking as someone who learned most of what I know about mail servers from you, this is a great list and covers the most critical steps to identifying the problem (and eliminating noise) as quickly as possible, which is always important on email servers.
